Learning Program

Personal
Budgeting
Foundations

Most people know roughly how much they earn. Very few know exactly where it goes. This program addresses that gap with a structured, session-based approach to tracking income, categorising expenses, and building a monthly plan that holds.

Sessions are practical — every concept is applied to real figures, not hypothetical ones. You work with your own numbers from the first week.

How the
program
works

Eight weeks, two sessions per week. Each module builds on the previous one — no standalone topics dropped in at random.

Live sessions over video call
Google Sheets and Excel templates included
Sessions available in EN, FR, DE
Flexible scheduling for private enrolments
01

Income mapping and net position

Weeks 1–2. Participants document all income sources and calculate their actual net monthly position. Many discover discrepancies between assumed and real figures at this stage.

02

Expense categorisation and fixed vs. variable

Weeks 3–4. Expenses are sorted into fixed commitments and variable spending. The distinction matters because each category requires a different control strategy.

03

Building the monthly budget cycle

Weeks 5–6. Participants construct a repeatable monthly cycle using the provided templates. Sessions cover how to handle irregular expenses like annual fees or seasonal costs.

04

Short-term reserves and debt handling

Weeks 7–8. The final module addresses building a basic buffer fund and how to factor existing debt repayments into a functioning budget without destabilising it.
