Payment Terms

1. Acceptance of Payment Terms

By purchasing, subscribing to, or otherwise accessing any paid features or services offered through this platform, you agree to be bound by these Payment Terms. These terms form part of the broader Terms of Service governing your use of the platform. If you do not agree to these Payment Terms, you must not complete any purchase or subscription.

2. Pricing and Fees

2.1 Published Prices

All prices for courses, sessions, subscriptions, and other offerings are displayed at the point of purchase. Prices are shown in the currency applicable to your selected region and are inclusive or exclusive of applicable taxes as indicated at checkout.

2.2 Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect active subscription periods already paid for. You will be notified of any changes affecting your upcoming billing cycle with reasonable advance notice.

2.3 Promotional Pricing

Promotional or discounted prices are time-limited and subject to specific eligibility conditions stated at the time of the offer. Promotional rates cannot be applied retroactively to completed purchases.

3. Payment Methods

We accept payment through the methods displayed at checkout, which may include:

  • Major credit and debit cards
  • Digital wallets and online payment processors
  • Bank transfers where available
  • Other methods as offered from time to time

You are responsible for ensuring that your payment method is valid, current, and has sufficient funds or credit available. We do not store full card details on our servers; payment processing is handled by certified third-party payment providers.

4. Billing and Charges

4.1 One-Time Purchases

For individual courses or session bookings, payment is charged in full at the time of purchase. Access to the purchased content or session is granted upon successful payment confirmation.

4.2 Subscription Plans

Subscription plans are billed on a recurring basis — monthly or annually, as selected at the time of sign-up. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.

4.3 Billing Date

Your billing date is established on the date your subscription begins. Renewal charges are applied on the same calendar date in each subsequent billing period. If a billing date falls on a date that does not exist in a given month, the charge will be applied on the last day of that month.

4.4 Failed Payments

If a payment attempt fails, we may retry the charge one or more times within a short period. You will be notified of failed payments. Access to subscription features may be suspended if payment cannot be collected after reasonable retry attempts. It is your responsibility to update your payment information promptly to avoid interruption.

5. Taxes

You are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or levies arising from your purchase. Where we are required by law to collect taxes, these will be calculated and added to your total at checkout. Tax amounts displayed are estimates until the transaction is finalised. If you are a tax-exempt organisation, you must provide valid documentation prior to purchase; we cannot apply exemptions retroactively.

6. Refunds and Cancellations

6.1 Refund Eligibility

Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis in accordance with our Refund Policy. Generally, refunds may be available within a defined window following purchase, provided that access to the content or service has not been substantially used. Digital content that has been fully accessed or downloaded is typically non-refundable.

6.2 Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within an active billing cycle unless otherwise required by applicable law.

6.3 Session Cancellations

Live sessions and instructor-led bookings are subject to cancellation and rescheduling policies communicated at the time of booking. Cancellations made within the specified notice period may be eligible for a credit or refund; late cancellations may be non-refundable.

7. Disputes and Chargebacks

If you believe a charge has been made in error, please contact us at [email protected] before initiating a dispute or chargeback with your payment provider. We will investigate and respond within a reasonable timeframe. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in suspension of your account pending resolution.

8. Account Responsibility

You are solely responsible for all purchases made through your account. You must keep your account credentials secure and notify us immediately of any unauthorised access or fraudulent charges. We are not liable for charges resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to secure your account credentials.

9. Invoices and Receipts

A receipt or invoice will be sent to the email address associated with your account following each successful payment. You are responsible for maintaining copies of payment records for your own purposes. If you require a formal invoice with specific billing details, you must provide the required information before the transaction is completed.

10. Free Trials and Introductory Offers

Where a free trial or introductory period is offered, no charge will be made during that period. At the end of the trial, your selected plan will automatically begin billing unless you cancel before the trial period expires. Details of the post-trial pricing will be clearly communicated prior to activation.

11. Modifications to These Terms

We may update these Payment Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by posting the updated terms on this page with a revised effective date and, where appropriate, by direct notification. Continued use of paid services after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
